The Kreische Brewery and Monument Hill State Historic Site project will replace the existing Visitor’s Center with a new two-story facility and introduce a dedicated Event Center—significantly enhancing the Texas Historical Commission’s ability to engage visitors and activate the site. Through a collaborative design/build partnership between Paradigm Construction and Urbano Architects, the project creates a more immersive and functional experience for guests while supporting educational programming, community events, and long-term preservation efforts. The improvements elevate the site from a passive historic destination to an active cultural resource, increasing accessibility, visitation, and its overall impact within the region.
